Are you the one we are looking for?

For the right person we can give work permit. Early mornings from 6am, and driving license is needed, you will pick up your team on the way. This position is located in Ekerö. Access to a company car. You must have experience in housekeeping, and like being in a leading position. You speak/write English and/or Swedish.

Main duties

This vacancy for a Housekeeping Supervisor is now available in the stunningly beautiful Ekerö.

The role involves cleaning both public areas and hotel rooms, work management, planning cleaning routines and staffing, as well as working towards our financial targets. The position is full-time or part-time, depending on agreement.

• Experience and commitment: You have at least 2 years' experience of housekeeping in hotels, preferably in a supervisory role in the same field, and can provide strong references from previous employers.
• Leadership and motivation: You enjoy leading and motivating staff, and have a positive energy that inspires others.
• Quality awareness: You value quality and have an eye for detail.
• Daily work: You are part of the cleaning team and are both responsible for your colleagues' daily tasks and your department's finances.
• Technical knowledge and flexibility: You are computer and telephone literate, flexible, and able to adapt to different situations.
• Communication skills: You are representative to our cutomers, and speak Swedish and/or English, both spoken and written.
• Mobility: You can easily get around Greater Stockholm.
• Driver's license: A driver's license is required for this position in Ekerö.
• Health: You are in good health and enjoy physical work.
