Housekeeping & Guest Support Assistant (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo)

Location: Malmö, Sweden

Position: Part-Time, On-Site & On-Call

Sweden Relocators AB manages a portfolio of short-term rental properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Vrbo, on behalf of private landlords. We are now hiring a Housekeeping & Guest Support Assistant to help oversee the administration of bookings, guest communication through the platforms, and on-site property care.

This is a hands-on part-time position ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, and has a service-oriented attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the admin side of short-term rental platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo) — including booking calendars, guest messaging, check-in instructions, and review handling
• 
  
• Communicate with guests before, during, and after their stay via app-based messaging systems
• 
  
• Prepare the property between guest stays: cleaning, laundry (bed sheets/towels), restocking essentials, and reporting any damages
• 
  
• Be on-call for check-ins and basic guest assistance when needed
• 
  
• Coordinate with our central office and follow routines for property care and documentation

Requirements

• Basic app knowledge and ability to use Airbnb, Booking.com, or similar platforms
• 
  
• Good communication skills in English (Swedish and/or other languages are a plus)
• 
  
• Experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or rental property support is beneficial
• 
  
• Must live in or near Malmö and be available on short notice
• 
  
• Responsible, punctual, and capable of working independently
• 
  
• A driver's license is a plus but not mandatory
